Customize Text at end of Event Registration Form

Options
My org uses a lot of event registration forms to get constituents to sign up to receive virtual content. Once they have submitted their form, they see "Your registration is complete! You'll receive an email confirmation shortly." followed by their registration details. Is there any way to customize this text? Specifically, I would like to provide instructions to check their emails for future communications and access links; some of our constituents are currently confused because they don't immediately see next steps.

    Hi Andrew,


    From the form design for your event registration form, go to the Confirmations tab. To the right you should see an option to "Open email designer."  This will allow you to customize the email text. 









    Give that a try and let us know if it works out for you!

  • Thank you, Samantha. I’m not trying to edit the confirmation email, I’m trying to edit the confirmation language someone sees on the registration page itself. I’ve attached a screenshot of what I’m referring to.

    Thanks for the clarification. We do not currently support customization of the confirmation text. I would recommend adding this to the Ideas bank so we can get some voting on it for further consideration!
