The Training Specialist II position serves as the integral resident expert of the Blackbaud CRM application (BBCRM) and primary point of contact for functional questions and training of the system and other Advancement applications such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, Tableau, Financial Edge NXT, among others under the general supervision of the Sr. Application Specialist.
This pivotal role also leads overall change management with users as new tools and reports are identified, managed, and delivered by the ITS team.
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Selected candidate will be well-organized, thorough and accurate in planning, preparation, and processing of work-related materials and activities. Ability to meet deadlines as established. Experience or familiarity with Blackbaud CRM application (BBCRM) products is preferred. Proficiency to work independently with limited supervision and make presentations before large and small groups
