Help with NXT Events - checking in whole team?

Options
Hello friends - I need some help. We have a golf event coming up. We recall hearing about some magic where you could check in an entire golf team if they all showed up together but I can't figure it out. Can you point me in the right direction? Right now I'm seeing each individual golfer. I have to click on one player's name to see a dropdown that shows me the team but I don't see a way to mark them all attended with one click.

Many thanks!

    Hi!

Through NXT Events you can check in a "party" of participants at once. In order to do this the group must have host/guest relationships. To access this feature, find one of the participants in the participant list and select to "Mark attended."

If the participant is part of a party, the following screen will appear:

You can then select all to check in the entire party.

Hope this helps!  Let me know if you have further questions!

    Thanks,

  • Hi Samantha,

Thank you for your help last year. I am wondering if you can help me again. At our golf event, we are requiring signed media release forms. I am tracking whether or not we have received them in the Summary Note section. If we mark an entire team/group as attended, how can we see if we have the media release forms without going to each individual golfer's record? Thank you!

    Cathy
