List Constituents Added on or after question

I am trying to use the List Constituents connector without specifying a List and using the "Added on or After" as I just want to get a list of Constituents without having to reference a list. In particular I wanted to list all the constituents just for "today" but in testing I wanted to go back a few days to get more data. 

So I tried this as the expression: 

but independent of how many days I subtract I always get the same few constituents. 

           getPastTime(1,'Day',convertFromUtc(utcNow(),'Pacific Standard Time'))

What am I not understanding here?

Two initial thoughts/questions:

1. Are you working in Power Apps or Automate?
2. If you're working in Power Apps, are you able to see a list of constituents when applying another parameter (constituent_code)?
