Export event list - first / last / suffix in different fields

Is there a way in RENXT to export a constituent list (in this case also an event list) where the name field isn't just one merged blob? I know I can do this through the database view but trying to find an easier way for other folks in the office. Thanks.

    Ok. Just did a bit more digging and it looks like from RENXT Events you can create a constituent list and then select first/last/etc. and do an export.


    However, if on the event you add a +1, non-constituent record these names apparently don't carry over to the constituent list when you create it. Is there any way around this other than converting a record into a full constituent?
