Data Systems and Insight Officer - Grade 5 - 12 month Fixed Term. Development and Alumni Relation, University of Liverpool (UK) An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Data Systems & Insight Officer to join our Development and Alumni Relations Team. The Data Systems and Insight Officer supports the strategic development of our alumni and supporter database, ensuring that our data is up to date and relevant, our processes are simple and effective, and providing support to our fundraising and alumni/supporter engagement teams. The role will oversee systems and processes allowing gift processing, email marketing and web integration with our supporter database, as well as effective alignment with wider University systems. You will ideally have proven experience of working with a CRM database system, and of building data segmentation and data selection. You should have excellent Microsoft Excel skills, as well as excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive working relationships. Applications close 23rd February 2020.
