Northfield Mount Hermon seeks an energetic, qualified individual to function as the Business Process Support Specialist. This position collaborates with constituencies across campus to research, analyze, and recommend improvements to the school’s business processes and technology in order to improve overall organization performance. Works closely with IT programmers, systems analysts, and support staff to develop project plans, communicate changes, and provide training and support to impacted users.

The successful applicant will have a Bachelor degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant  experience in a technical environment. Comprehensive knowledge of database architecture, design and development practices, implementation and deployment strategies, and data reporting methods preferred. Additional qualifications include outstanding interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills. Experience with technology at an academic institution and Blackbaud software experience is strongly preferred.
