Please review the following guidelines to ensure the best experience in the Blackbaud Community.
A few housekeeping rules:
- Complete your bio and fill out your profile page. Members want to be able to put a name to a face and have all of your information readily available.
- Partners should treat the Community as a peer-to-peer forum centered around best practices conversations and tips & tricks using Blackbaud solutions; it is not a sales space and should not be used to generate leads. Instead, look for ways to offer up your product expertise and participate in those discussions. A good example of a Blackbaud Partner using the community optimally would be Austen Brown, with Prenger Solutions. She's a top contributor every quarter and is a welcoming presence in the community, offering up her expertise and knowledge.
- Partners shouldn’t include links to their products or services in their posts. You can reach out to a member via private message with that information, if the member specifically asks for it.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must have an existing Blackbaud ID (BBID) that has been added to your organization by your Organization Administrator to be able to access the Blackbaud Partner Portal.
