TeamRaiser - Batch Entry of offline gifts

Hello all, I was just wonder (and I think that the answer is no) if there is anyway to batch enter multiple gifts in TR similiar to how you were able to in Sphere.

I'm pretty sure you have to manually enter them one by one, because the donor records may already exist, but I had to ask so I can report back.

Good news!

Fundraising > Teamraiser > Uploads tab > Upload Gifts (on the left)

You can doa test run to make sure everything is right, and then import again for real.

Honestly, I need to start opening my eyes instead of hitting panic mode.

Thanks Brian, I'll give that a go now, but its looking like its just as easy to go in and add them one by one as an offline gift right to the participant since you have to look them (and the donor) up anyway. I'll test a few methods and see.

You don't have to look up the donor, I think it will match existing records in a similar way to of how duplicates are matched.

You do need the participant or team id for the soft credit though.

I feel like panic mode is my default state half the time. There's just SO MUCH INFO out there sometimes it's easier to just ask.
