Query Control Report Does Not Print In Correct Order

We just upgraded to 7.95 and since then when we print our query control reports the information on the report does not match the criteria we set up in the query itself.  We contacted support and they said there was nothing we could do, but that doesn't make sense.  Does anyone else have this issue...is there a patch to fix this?

  • That's REALLY weird!  Can you post some screen shots of examples.  If there was a patch to fix it I'd assume that support would have told you about it.
  • Yes, I talked with them again today and they said they would look into it further.  I did find another post back in April 2015 about the same issue happening with RE 7.94 - which I guess had a patch eventually.  I did mention that to support.  


     
  • Yup, I reported this last month and was told it is a known issue. The control report is confusing and useless.
  • We just upgraded to 7.95 also.  I noticed the same issue when I printed my control report.  This was not an issue prior to the upgrade.  Surely they will write a patch to fix this.  It makes no sense to me how they could break something that wasn't broken.
