Hi all,


Is there a way in BBNC to limit the choices offered for the Title field?  We have a rediculous number of choices available, and while we may want them in RE, they're not so necessary in Netcommunity (The Honorable, Ambassador, etc).  Is there a way to have a smaller list for use in BBNC without messing with the list in RE?


Also, how do you prevent donors from listing their name as Jane and John Smith?  Rather than a single first name...

    Shani - Yes there is! Blackbaud provided a solution to this a while back.


    In the backend of BBNC, go to Administration/Sites & Settings/Settings and scroll down a bit to find the 'Titles' section.

    Here you can check off which titles you want exposed in the dropdown.

    This will apply throughout your site for all the Titles fields.
