Cumulative Giving Reports in Raiser's Edge

Has anyone found a good report to show Cumulative Giving History Totals by Constituent in Raiser's Edge?  We want to start publishing our top donors lifetime of giving in our Annual Report.

    I've used the Top Donors Report for something like this - just remove the dates from the first tab and then play around with the list options on the last tab.  For example, you could set it for the top 25% or the top 500 donors.  It really depends on how many people you want.  If you save your results as a static query, you can use Export to pull pretty much any info you want on those donors out into a more useful format.

    My suggestion is that you do a query.  The one we do has cumulative giving of $50,000 +. So the query is:

    under Summary Info

    Total Amount of Gifts is greater than or = to $50,000

      FundID one of (because some of the funds do not count in the annual giving totals for us at least)

      Gift Type (because we do not want to count full pledge amount and payments that may have been given in the same year)


    This query is then pushed through a Donor Category Report, which we do by giving levels.  But you may just want to do it as an Alpha list, depending on your Org preferences.
