I was under the impression that DSP was an "option" presented to registrants. From what I can see, it's automatically applied to registrations, and with no opt-out function. I understand that I, as the administrator, have the option of not processing the DSP, but I am wondering why it's not presented as a true OPTION for registrants. 


Please let me know if I'm configuring this incorrectly.

    Nancy here in Luminate Support - I hope you are well and thanks for posting your question to our Community!


    Delayed Self Pledge (DSP) is a feature that is enabled on the participation type itself. This means that any user that registers under a participation type that has been enabled for DSP will be considered a DSP registration.


    If you would like to give users a DSP-free option, you would need to create a separate participation type that does not have the DSP option enabled. Editing the Participation Type description to warn users of their pledge status would also help clear up any confusion from front end users on what they agree to fundraise.
