IMPORT to CleanUp Names, Addressees, Salutations

Help!  Trying for a couple of days now to import a file to clean up names, addressees and salutations.  Nothing I've tried is working.  I keep getting exceptions on the Organization Name.   Any ideas on the proper mapping? I would think it is very simple and straightforward, but the Organization Name errors when mapped to OrgName under Constituent Information.

The file also includes Organization Contacts addressees , salutations, and Relationship first and last name.   On the Addressees and Saluations, I'm using the field to import as text, which is editable, rather than use the ID numbers, but it is a 3600 row .cvs file with various formulas (ID's) so I'd rather just use the text as I've corrected them in the file.   This is my last ditch effort to figure this out.  No luck with support ...they have my data file to try and figure it out as well, but I'm working against a deadline and really need to get this figured out!  Any suggestions/ ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Found a solution! 


    KB62324 helped me figure out the problem.  I was trying to import Individual relationship contact information with the Organization name and that resulted in the error message.  When I deleted those columns from the data and import file, the Org name imported perfectely with NO exceptions.   Now onward to import the Organization Relationship Contacts Addressees and Salutations.  Hope this goes as well!
