I have created my email but my test emails are not going through, what could be the problem?

    Our OLX test emails often go to our spam file. Have you checked there?

    We had the same problem and they wouldn't even go to our spam folder.   I had to call our IT guy and he said the way he had the security for our email set up it wouldn't allow us to accept emails that were generated by our selves from another location ie. Online Express (we had the same problem with Constant Contact).  I'm not sure if I'm explaining that correctly but you may want to reach out to your IT department.  Once he made the changes I was able to get the test emails no problem.
