How do I edit a query that has been added to a message?  I'd like to remove some names/email addresses before sending.

    If you edit and save the query, the list will update in Online Express.

    Danielle is correct, you just edit and save the source Query.



    However...if you have already scheduled your Message, you will have to unschedule it, refresh your Queries, and reschedule it.  Any changes to the Queries (or the records in them) will not be updated in what OLX uses once the Message is scheduled.  So scheduled equals sent in this situation.



    I learned this from experience...and a lot of time trying to figure out why the names I rushed to get entered in RE before the Message was sent...only to discover that because the Message had already been scheduled (by a coworker) before I did the data entry, none of them got the email.
