Recording Fundraising page links in Events tab

Hi all,

We've decided that we would like to capture the website links to our event participants fundraising pages on Justgiving and Virgin Money Giving. I can't seem to find a way to do this in the event tab on each record.

I've tried creating an attribute but for some reason it will not work. Am I missing something?

Any suggestions?

Are you trying to capture the link on the Event tab of a Constituent record, or the Attributes tab of a Participant record, or the Attributes tab of an Event record?

The first case isn't possible. In the latter two cases you should be able to create either a Participant Attribute or an Event Attribute (they are two distinct/different things). I suspect you've created an Event Attribute that you're trying to access on a Participant record.

Thanks for responding. My original thought was to put it on as an event attribute but I can't seem to make it work unfortunatel. My goal is to have the link to their pages somewhere on the event on each participant record so that our events team can just click on it from there. I have a sneaky suspicion that I am going about this the completely wrong way! Thank you for trying to help me.
