Problems with Duplicates in Online Express

Hi all, 

I apologize if this has been addressed before but is anyone else struggling to control the duplicate constituents created through Online Express?  When I process our online gifts into a batch to commit into RE, it creates duplicates of even the most straightforward matches (same name, address, etc).  Is there a setting that I am missing to address this issue?  Many thanks in advance for your help!

    Are you not presented the option to link these gifts to existing constituents before you get to the batch stage? There should be the option to link or create new. I don't have any pending so I can't do a screen grab unfortunately.

    You should check out the New Customer Success webinar around this topic. We walk through the process of downloading transactions to make sure you don't create duplicates or overide good informatoin that already exists in RE.
