Using Admissions form for "Online Contracts" to integrate with EE

I want to allow applicants to return contracts electronically, and simultaniously fill out all sorts of information that will wind up being in registrar's office. I can't use a reenrollment form as I do for returning students, so that leaves me with an admissions form and using an enrollment wizard to transfer over all of the info entered.  Is anyone else doing this? Any advice or potential pitfalls to avoid?

  • Hi Jon - I am sorta confused on what you are trying to accomplish - we have applicants complete their contract online and do "registration" which is all the db fields that build the admission record - this is done with an admissions form.  When that form is populated into EE the applicant record is created and then we make that applicant a student.  So running the enrollment wizard is where I am confused?  Please feel free to contact me kathy.hannon@htes.org
