We have an annual Gala and would like to set up an "event dashboard" for the sponsors who buy a table. So in the "perfect world scenario" they would sign in, and click on the "My Gala Page" and see what they've paid, if they have an outstanding pledge balance, who their guests are and what benefits they receive.  AND.... it would show when the benefits were fullfilled (they get comp memberships with a table purchase and we have to contact them numerous times to get the names.) If they could just add it to their event dashboard that would be amazing



Is this possible?



Right now we spend a TON of staff time and resources to communicate all of this to the sponsors.  If we had a "one stop shop" for them to go to it would make things MUCH easier.

    Yeah, it is possible if you are communicating with your sponsers at your convinience then everything is possible.

    To clarify what we want, this would be an on-line tool/page on our website. We currently use NetCommunity. Diaz, how do you set up the event dashboard in netcommunity, so our patrons can log-in and add guest names and see what they've paid or what they owe?
