Attribute on Donation form not showing on backend

We went to Confi-->Attributes-->Gifts to add two attributes and marked them as active. When going back into the form to add the Attributes, they two we added aren't listed.

Any thoughts?? Where do the attributes show up when the gift is pulled and processed - just in the attrbutes tab of the gift?

Have you tried signing out and back in?

Yes, they end up on the gift attributes screen.

Hi Jennifer,

For an attribute to appear on the donation form, it must be a certain type. Only Text, Yes/No, Currency, Number, Date, and Table are allwed types. For all of these except the Table type, ensure that you also have "Allow Only 1 per Record" checked under Config > Attributes > Gifts. For Table type attributes, BBOX allows for either this checkbox (Allow Only 1 per Record) to be checked or unchecked.

Thanks all! It was the Allow Only 1 per Record - we had to click that.
