Donation Form - Spouses/Partners

I was wondering how others have set up their donations page so that a constituent can enter in their spouses name, or a different name than what is on their billing information for their record. I'm running into people putting their first name as "Bob and Mary" which is fine, but it's a lot of data clean up. I also don't want to have a lengthy donation form.



Ideas or suggestions? Examples?

    Beth, Do you mean donation forms online? Or mail in ones? I could send you a scan of some of our forms, if you email me! My email is abarker@ttor.org. Even though we have a seperate line for partner/spouse online people do still put in Bob&Mary sometimes. Drives me bonkers! But I'd be happy to share what I can with you.

    Thank you Amy, it's for our online donation form. Turns out our team had a meeting and decided on all of the form fields while I was out of the office yesterday (although I'm the only person who uses blackbaud), so...I'm kind of at their mercy at this point, yikes! I'll still email you, I'm curious as to how you have your donation form set up.
