Downloading BBNC gifts to RE - searching for RE records

Downloading BBNC gifts - if the person enters Dr for the street address and the RE record has Drive, the record is not returned as a match UNLESS you type in Drive. This is a problem as it means every time someone uses an abbreviation, you have to remember to change it to the full version. Ideas?

    One simple approach would be to remove the 'Address' line as a Search Field. By still using Biographical search fields in combination with the City, State, and Zip; it should be easy enough to locate the correct record (if it exists):





    (make sure to check/uncheck bio fields as appropriate)
