Display an Applicant's Checklist in BBNC

Options
Idea for higher ed: Applicants should be able to see what they have left to complete in the application process. This is very common when applying to most colleges, but we can't find that solution within OCC, BBNC, or SIS. BBNC should have a part that pulls from an applicant's "Checklist" tab in SIS. Of course, we would want to be able to filter the display based on checklist items.

  • I concur with all OLA forms for PK-12 as well - inquiries, enrollment and information updates.
  • For applicants, they have am option for applications to View Status under My Applications. When they select this option, it shows the checklist items, their status, and completion date if completed.

  • Courtney, we purchased the "Total Campus Solution" but I'm afraid that I have no idea what you're referring to in this post. We would be thrilled if they could see this. What product or module are you referring to?
  • The applicant can see if this they just go back to where they filled out the application. When they click to view it they'll see all of this. Please note it'll only work if they created a login, and used that when they filled out the application. This may be a good reason to require logins on your forms if you aren't already. Requiring logins is a checkbox on the form itself.
  • I am more interested in the ability to have a list of all the forms submitted per student - for our annual information update, urgent contact, medical information, transportation. Do we have this ability for re-enrollment forms as well?
  • It sounds like we should be able to create our own forms. Is that a separate module?
  • Hi Chris,

In Online Campus Community/BBNC, you have the ability to create your own forms. When logged in as an Administrator, you have the ability to create forms and can create an Online Admissions form. This form type works with the Admissions component of Blackbaud Student Information System, which allows the student to view the checklist items. Don't forget, as Karen mentioned, to see the checklist detail, it is required they create a login.

  • The only choice I have is "Common" form. It sounds like I need to submit a case. Thanks for pointing this out to me! We're excited to put this to use.
