Would like to be able to control access or visibility to submitted data from custom forms

    I feel like there is a site or org task for this, but I forget. I vaguely remember that the support for turning this on for one user/group meant giving them access to all of the data. Can someone at Blackbaud confirm this?



    I don't give out access to view or edit forms/data unless there is a really strong reason. It means people have to request to have the data exported at a specific time or at specific intervals.



    I agree this is an area where a little more granularity would improve the overall experience.

    Hey Robert,



    Jamie is right on this :) It's a site task group option. So we can create a site task group with "View rights for Data tab only" marked. The task group goes on a role, and the role gets assigned to the user.

    Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to take this one step further: Once the site task group with "view rights for data tab only" is created, is there some way to limit which form data the user can access. If there's three forms on the site, can I set up security so that a particular user can only view data for one of the three forms? Thanks!
