Does BBNC support multilingual email?

I can see that BBNC offers parts for translation, but I'm wondering if those same parts can be used to build email? And if so, what languages are available.

    Are you looking for a way to send two different emails but do it inside one message, or are you looking for a way for BBNC to translate the email for you?



    The first we can do with conditional content: https://www.blackbaud.com/files/suppo...



    The second I would discourage you from pursuing. There's not a machine translator that's good enough for full sentences in my opinion.

    Thanks for replying. I agree about machine translators.



    I am really wondering if the system supports different languages, and if so, which languages. For example, will the WYSIWYG handle asian language characters?



    I appreciate any information you can direct me to.

    If your HTML is correct I suspect it should work. I'd be more worried about the email recipient's email client not reading it than NetCommunity not sending it correctly.
