More Info from New User Registration

We are looking to track additional information (specifically, the org that the new user is affiliated with) in the New User Registration signup beyond the limited selection in the Additional Fields already provided in the User Login Form part, but to no avail so far. Thought that I could add additional attritubes, but nothing is showing up as an option in the part. Any help would be appreciated
