Secure Logo for Donation Site?????

We are new to NetCommunity and are setting up our donation site. Tech Support has told us that they do not offer any graphics or icons that would indicate the form is secure. Has anyone had a similar request and how did you deal with it? We want our donors to feel secure in entering their credit card information. Thanks

    Hi Karen,


    Thanks so much. That is what we were looking for. A coworker had been working with Kaitlyn Lyle who create a case #11989923. Mark Hillard responded to him regarding case 11989923 that Blackbaud "does not offer any graphics or icons that would indicate that your form is secure." He referred to the lock symbol in the address bar indicating that the site is secure.
