Can I create or view a report that displays the responses to the "How did you hear about our site" field on our Donation Form? We cannot find where this data is stored. Thank you!

    The "How did you hear about our site?" section of your donation ties back to an appeal in Raiser's Edge. In order to get this information, you'll want to create a gift query in Raiser's Edge that looks at appeal and whether or not a gift originated from Blackbaud NetCommunity.

    I can create and run the query; thank you for that suggestion.


    I wonder if the data is stored in NetCommunity, too, to look at historic information that may have been changed overtime in our Raiser's Edge database. Also, a few of the Appeals we have linked to the "How did you hear about our site" are tied to the same Appeal, so just looking at Appeals doesn't give me the full picture.

    Being that there are multiple "how did you hear" displays tied to one appeal, you would need to engage data services to reconcile the disparity. I would suggest reaching out to your account executive to arrange for this.
