Can I see examples of people's donation forms using Netcommunity?

Hi,
A slightly simpler request... I am in the process of setting up a one-for-all 'payment portal' for our Development department. For the moment this will offer our donors every possible giving method and designation.
I have done some research in to how other similar departments have implemented this in terms of the layout and design, but was hoping for some input specifically from those using Netcommunity.
This page needs to look very 'proper' and official, which it will in terms of colours and brand identity in line with our websites and printed publications. What I would really like to see is how others may have used design or branding (possibly 'Powered by Blackbaud/Netcommunity' etc) to reassure potential donors that this form is 100% safe and that they need not question the authenticity or security of using it to make a donation.
I hope you follow... could any kind people fire over examples of your slick and beautiful work (or that of others) to inspire me?

How do you process the direct debit donations? We use BBMS for our payment processing and they do not currently have the ability to process direct debits (ACH). How do you manage this in BBNC and RE? Thanks!

we're on IATs and they allow us to, but i've recently been told by our finance department that we need a direct debit 'service user number' which are difficult to aquire unless you have a lot of transactions ready to go...

By the way, if anyone was interested in how this panned out for me, here's my 'donation portal' page, after fairly extensive CSS modification, still not perfect in IE but chrome/firefox it's good...
(The design is very much 'generic' at the moment as we won't be using this form for a little bit yet, we will add graphics and change colours to suit at a later date.)

i really like how your donation amounts displays. we've been looking for our form gift amounts to display in a similar fashion. i.e. horizontally instead of vertically; did you use javascript?

Hi Tom, I'm wondering how you get your direct debit helper text to hide and show based on whether the user clicked credit card or direct debit?
