IE11 browser issues

We've had a couple donors report issues with the donation form loading in Internet Explorer 11. I'm using version 9 without trouble. Google Chrome and Firefox also appear to be fully capatable with the forms. The "loading wheel" will show up but the form doesn't load even after 5 minutes. Is this a known issue or is it isolated to our couple donors?

Hi Nike,

I just tested the form on IE 11 and I'm not seeing a problem loading the page. I did see that the HTML of the page hosting the form loads a little slowly, but not terrible. I spot checked a few other forms on other websites and I didn't see slowness on IE 11. Maybe check with the donor again to see if problem still persists? Could have been a temporary issues on their end.

One thing that one of our engineers noticed on your site is that your stylesheet is hiding images which is impacting the listing of available card types underneath "Credit card number".

If you paste this code just below where you are embedding your form (or add these styles to the bottom of your stylesheet), the problem should be solved.

Thank you Brandon! All Adventist Health hospitals just moved to a new website model and they are having all kinds of problems with images. This should help!
