Alternative for required Branch Name for Direct Debit/ACH

Is there a way to delete "Branch Name" from Direct Debit required info? Most banks have access online and people don't know what branch their account is affiliated with so it is causing confusion when this is a required field.

From a transaction standpoint I understand why this is necessary, but it is causing problems for our donors.

Hi Nike, thanks for posting. We are looking into the repercussions of removing "Branch name" from direct debit. If we can remove a field that is unnecessary to make the form shorter and easier to complete, that would be a win for everyone!
