"Other" donation amount disappears when donor moves to next field in form

When a donor selects "Other" and inserts their chosen amount into the field, they can see it. But when they move on to the next field, the "Other" button remains chosen, but the field is grayed-out.



Is this normal?

    Hi Beth. That isn't normal. It looks like what's happening here is the custom CSS on this webpage is setting the text color to white.



    Your web folks should be able to change this setting.

    Interesting. This did not happen when I dropped in a Monthly-only donation form and chose the buttons that did not include optional text. I would think our CSS would override that, too.

    Hi Matt. I thought about you answer a little more and went back into the design of the form. Under "Entries" black was chosen as the font color. I selected another color (dark gray) and then dropped that code into my page. It worked!



    Then I went back in and re-selected black. It worked again. I had not changed this before, but maybe with our CSS you have to actually choose a color.
