Error Exporting Query Data. Unexpected Error

We are trying to create a new list in online express. When we add the query and save and close it gives us the following error: "Error Exporting Query Data. Unexpected Error" It does this no matter what query we use. And I tried the "add another query with a duplicate record" solution and it did not work.



our case is #12622453. We can not get into a chat window within online express either because it says Page cant be displayed.
