preview and display are not the same

On the donation set up form - when previewed is correct but not correct when viewed in link. For example # Look and feel the Buttons - narrow is checked but it is the list that is being displayed.

    Hi Sue. If you'd like to share a link to the page in question I'd be glad to take a look. Typically when a form looks good when you preview but something is off when it's on your website it's a case of the custom CSS of your website interacting with the form in some way.

    Hi Matt: what it turned out to be was my browser Explorer 9. The hospital i work at does not want to upgrade to Ex11 at this time because certain applications the hospital uses. I had them install Chrome but not as my default and "lo and behold" the display is now just the same as the preview!

    Ah yes, different browsers can cause issues like this, especially older versions of IE. Glad you got to the bottom of it!
