Good Morning,

I work with a community college that has been using the Raiser's Edge for sometime before I arrived in this position. As far as I know there hasn't been a P&P guide in order to keep all of our data in a nice consistent format. I would like to start this process by looking at some other Policies and Procedures that others may be using so we can prevent a lot of data inconsistencies

Thanks for the reference, Sharla. Dylan, the link that Sharla references includes a link to a YouTube video of a Blackbaud conference presentation I did a few years ago about creating pol and procedure documentation for RE (BTW, it's now the 5th bullet down, not the 4th). The website link also includes the PPT slides and related handouts. The YouTube video is a few seconds off between video and audio but I've been told it's very helpful. Hope it is.
