Need to collect breakout session information with event registration

Hello everyone,

We are hosting a one-day workshop later this year, and will be creating an online registration form via NetCommunity. But before we can create the form, I need to enter the appropriate fields and values in Raiser's Edge. When I go to Configuration and Tables, and filter for event tables, I was able to easily modify menu types so attendees can make their lunch choice for the day, but I can't figure out where I would enter information regarding breakout sessions (attendees will have three options), and where attendees can enter the name they would prefer be on their nametags.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Amy -

You can do this by creating participant attributes - your breakout session can be an attribute with your 3 choices in a table, and the nametag can be a text field.

On the online event registration form, you may want to make both of these attributes required.
