Best results with configuring RAID on server

Folks:  I'm migrating my Raisers Edge install to a new server.  Server will be Windows Server 2012 R2, SQL Server 2012. The RE7 mdf file is about 4 Gig.  RE is accessed by about 30 users.  On the server, I have 6 drives in the server and can configure the drives however I want.  I could put OS on 2 mirrored drives, and put SQL and RE7.93 database on 4 RAID drives.  Four RAID drives should improve read/write time, yes?  Is there a better configuration?

    You may actually consider saving yourself cost by moving off of servers & onto a hosted solution with Blackbaud.

    We explored the cost of the new SQl 2012 server & found savings in being able to move to hosted. No more server updates & you'll be prepped for RE NXT in the future. Plus, the speed & maintenance is well taken care of by Blackbaud.
