I am interested to know how other organizations make the change of recurring gifts that start with the 2013 Annual Campaign but then continue over into the 2014 Annual Campaign.  When do you change the dates of a recurring gift that continues but with a new campaign?  I would appreciate any help.

    As our fiscal year matches calendar year, at year end/Jan 1 I go the recurring gift record and change the fund (for you it may be campaign that changes) to upcoming year.

    As we keep track of annual campaigns, I actually take the time to restart the recurring gifts each July for the FY.  As a very small organization, with few recurring gifts, this is doable.  I don't think it would work for larger/more active recurring gifts.
