Tracking Member Visits?

Off the top of my head I imagine date and number of visitors would be important to record; tying to particular memberships would also be important but I'm sure there are many issues. Steven, I think you are on the right track when you are considering recording each member's visits to your museum as an action.  On each action record you can specify whether it was a visit or a meeting and you may run the Action Detail Report to list each member's action by date and details about their visit or meeting.  One way to automate this process is to use the Membership Scanning module.  With this module you can add an action to the constituent's record each time a member visits and scans their membership card.  More information on Membership Scanning can be found here: http://www.blackbaud.com/kb/index?page=content&id=BB78988
