We are looking to produce this report in RE - commitments reflecting all new gifts being booked, and Receipts reflecting the gifts from a cash perspective (so including pledge payments on prior year gifts).  Are there any users out there reporting in this format from RE, and how did you produce this report?  Sample attached.  Any help/guidance appreciated!  Susan.zahn@vtmednet.org

    Haven't been asked to provide those exact reports.  Other than a custom report, have you looked at Reports>Financial Reports?

    Cash Receipts Journal will provide you info on payments received for specified dates/funds etc.

    Gift Detail & Summary Report you could have it filter on pledge and cash gifts to give you all new gifts booked.

    Hopefully you'll receive some more posts with options.

    There are a ton of ways to go about this.

    Start with a Gift Detail and Summary report, adjusting the gift types per column, and summing as needed.

    If you need to export, you can run subtotals in Excel or create a report in Access if you know how to use that.

    I have a custom report that shows this information. It's just a matter of sorting on gift type and fund or campaign, whichever you use.
