I am looking for a way to remove the right to select/unselect the Editable checkbox for our data entry staff. Reason: We only want our data group to select from our particular range of tabled Addressees/Salutations. Is anyone aware of avenues in the Security tab to access this particular right? Thank you, Robin. Our office uses Version RE 7.93.5782.4 (Hosted environment)

    There is not a way to remove rights to just the one checkbox. You can remove their edit rights to Addressees/Salutations in Admin -> Security -> specific group -> Select Records -> Options -> constituent -> unmark edit for Add / SAl. I hope this helps.

    Ah yes, I saw that option, unfortunately we need our Donor Processors to have access to the overall option, just no use of the Editable function. Thank you for clarifying!
