Scheduling Follow Up Phone Calls after an Action is made

Hi All - Happy New Year from Sheffield, UK.

Just wondering if there is a way of scheduling a follow up call after an action is added without having to generate a separate action? Basicly we are posting packs out to our supporters( who request them) and want to schedule a follow up call for 5 days later - is there a way of doing this with just 1 action?

The phone call is a separate action though, no?  Why don't you want to create a separate action record? 

You could add the initial action, then query and report on those actions to pull them five days later.  You still won't have a record of the phone call though.  I guess you could add notes to the initial action mentioning that you made the follow up call.  Or you could just add another action.  [;)]

You could also use action tracks to create the follow up action automatically.  That will help if having to enter additional actions is the issue here.
