Why am I losing over 1000 names from a query when I export?  This has never happened before?

This is really something support can help you best with. They can screenshare with you and walk through it and explain some of the settings that you have that can cause this. It can be something as simple as head of household or deceased processing.

Are you comparing the number of records on your Query Results tab with the number of records in your Export?

Hi Karol. Melissa is right. It could be a very simple setting causing the difference between the export and the query. Knowledgebase solution BB73526 provides some troubleshooting steps. The last bullet points you to another solution with steps specifically for situations where records are missing from the export.

If you need more help, I'll be glad to create a support case for you, or you can create one on Case Central. Thanks!

Thank you so much, I went to the Knowledgebase and found my problem.  I had mixed 2 different querys and had duplicate rows.
