Year End Auto Responder Footer Alignment

Can you tell me the names of the campaign, email and stationary? Or could you paste the code in this thread so I can take a look?

I sent myself a test message of all of your EOY2012 emails and they all look aligned to me. Are you referring to the address info being aligned to the left?

 

I also looked at your EOY autoresponder stationary and I'm not having problems either. Can you attach a screen shot?

I'm refering to the auto responder tied to the Year End Honor/Memorial Donation Form. This form is under Convio Go! EOY 2012. Attached is my screen shot. Thanks!

Hi Veronica,

Kent and I took a look at the code here. There are two options:

1) We can edit and fix this existing stationery, OR

2) We can create a new, updated stationery with the same banner and branding (that matches the new templates)

What would work best for you?

Veronica, take a look at the Stationery called "Convio Go! EOY 2012 - Autoresponder" and let me know if that will work for you.

For reference - I copied the "Convio Go! EOY 2012 - Email" Stationery and updated it for Autoresponders. I then removed the social share options and the Forward to a Friend and Unsubscribe links in the footer.
