Where do I find the team creation notification?

Hi,

I'm deploying TeamRaiser for a client and have their completed worksheet to start building it out. They've entered an email address for the 'Team Creation Notification' section, for someone internal to be alerted when a team is created, but I can't find where to put it. Please help!

    Thanks! I've actually got another one from the worksheet now that I've gone through it entirely. Where do I find the large donation notification? I want to input a client email for notification of donations $500 or over.

    I believe that one is on the donation form, or perhaps the campaign settings.
