How do you insert Teamraiser personalization fields in emails?

I know it's doable, but I can't find where!

In my email campaign to teamraiser participants, I want to insert two personalization fields:



the particpant's fundraising goal

how much the participant has raised so far

I've done this before, but darned if I can figure out where this is now. Any suggestions??

    Here are some S-tags that you can use. All you need to do is include your TeamRaiser ID where it currently has "fr_id".
