secondary registrant in TR confirmation email

We often get calls from teamraiser registrants wanting to confirm that all the registrations (primary and secondary) of a single transaction were processed. Currently it appears that only the primary registrant info is included in the email autoresponder.  How can you include the information displayed on the TR "Registration Summary" page in the email autoresponder that confirms registrations. (include/list contact name, participation type and fees paid for each participant).

  • I don't think you can include that information in the autoresponder unfortunately. I believe an admin can just access it in a report and provide it to a constituent upon request.

    Do you have access to Ideas in Salesforce? This is a feature that lets you write up suggestions and it goes striaght to product management. If not then I can look into getting you acces.

    I am not aware that I do, but would love to be able to submit suggestions. Thanks for looking into that.
