Max # of people in honor roll for a personal page

Sorry it took so long to respond. Been at BBCon and didn't have much access to my laptop. Sure missed seeing you there for sure!!!

As for the maximum number of gifts shown... The roll in the personal pages are default so you can't set them by changing any code or S-tag but there is an SDP called "F2F_TOP_GIFTS_LIMIT" that defines the maximum number of gifts displayed in the 'Top Gifts' status indicator. This is set to 20 by default. You should be able to see this and change it to the number you wish. Just go to your site options and filter by TR options and then you can do a ctrl+F for "Limit" and find it.

On to business, I searched for F2F_TOP_GIFTS_LIMIT and "limit" in the site options section and didn't see it.  Am I missing something?

I'm in your site now and can see it but I'm not sure if this is just something I can see as a BB staff member. Try filtering the options by TeamRaiser and then searching "20". Let me know if you don't see it like I do. Below is what I see on your site:

Ok. I'm going to escalate this post to a support case. They'll contact you when it's been assigned. How many were you wanting to increase it to?

I guess it should be a high number.  This stems from a fundraiser asking why their 50+ donors weren't showing on their personal page.

Well the object is to show "top" donors. Not "all" donors. You could put an S-tag in the default personal page to display all donors but I would wager that you'll have a lot of participants who want to keep their donors private. The only thing I would recommend is that they create some sort of list of all of their donors.

I'll escalate this post and then you can chat with Support about increasing this.

Responsive layout for TR Greeting page, I think the system default for top fundraisers (participants) status indicator is 5.

 

Is there a corresponding site option to change this number? I've got a client who'd like to have more than 5 scrolling names on their TR responsive greeting page.

Hi Tara,

For the greeting page you actually can control that a lot better using the S36 tag like on this page: https://secure2.convio.net/customer/luminate_online/v12/s-tags/S-Tags.htm#S-Tags/S36_Lists_TeamRaiser_Participants.htm

You can set the fr_id to 0 so it will work on whatever TR event that page is displaying in. Then you can set what you want it to show like display mode, amount and number to display.

But if you're using the default honor rolls in the greeting page then you'll need to ask Support to increase that number is the Site Options.
