Teamraiser only shows Registration Page Wrapper for "Customize Wrapper and Styles"

Hi there,

 

I was going to update one of our Teamraisers, for one of our annual events, with a new pagewrapper.  It was created (or I think duplicated) by one of our admins;  I'm helping improve the HTML and graphics, etc.



When I go into the Teamraiser List > Customize Pages, I then choose "Customize Wrapper and Styles"

 

When I get to the page, it only shows:

 

1. Registration Page Wrapper:

 

I was checking out our other different events and it shows up like this for the Customize Wrapper and Styles:

 

1. Page Wrapper:

 

2. Registration Page Wrapper:

 

I've tried to look around the forums but can't seem to find an answer.  Is there a setting that may have turned off the ability to customize the website pagewrapper?

 

I've attached an image screenshot for reference.

 

Any help would be appreciated,

    I'll bet those other settings are locked in the blueprint. When an setting or item is locked in the blueprint, it is hidden in the children instances.

     

    / Boy I wish they were just grayed out instead.

    Were you able to determine if what Brian said was the case?

    Thanks so much for replying, so sorry was away for a while.

     

    That sounds interesting - I found an old blueprint of our SCI Ontario Roll n' Bowl teamraiser.  I'm checking it out but am wondering how to unlock it?

     

    Again, thanks so much for the clue - I'll keep checking the blueprint, but if you can let me know how to unlock it, that would be fantastic.

    Hi Brian,

     

    I think i might have found the lock/unlock feature - a padlock icon!

     

    Gonna try it now, crossing my fingers!
